As long as we have breath in our lungs, we have the potential for change.
Hi, I’m Leigh.
My greatest desire is that each client learns through the process of therapy how to walk in freedom. Freedom from depression, anxiety, and past difficulties. I believe that we are a product of our past but that healing begins when we explore that past and start to write a new story and narrative. It is my belief that a productive therapeutic relationship begins by providing a safe place, free of judgment and full of grace for the process and ourselves.
I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My experience includes working with people struggling with grief, personality disorders, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and DBT-focused trauma work, breath work, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered strengths-based therapy. Additionally, I have a passion for working with individuals as they learn how to navigate their world with an increased understanding of the importance of loving and accepting themself.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way. I believe that as long as we have breath we have the ability for change. It is truly my privilege to provide and hold space for others as they do the work to begin to heal.

Tallulah Mae
Tallulah Mae or TM is my playful 5-year-old Goldendoodle. Tallulah is a trained therapy dog and assists people in the process of unpacking trauma and hurt. Her love is unconditional and her energy is unmatched. There is very little doubt that she runs the office and never meets a stranger.
“Petting, scratching, and cuddling a dog could be as soothing to the mind and heart as deep meditation and almost as good for the soul as prayer.”
